Since all sales are final, cancellations and changes are limited. If you need to cancel or modify an order:

1. Call your Sales Advisor at (514) 457-9663 as soon as possible.
2. Orders may ship within 48 hours, so cancellation might not be possible once processing begins.
3. If shipped, your Sales Advisor will help you request a Return Authorization if applicable.
