Yes, sales tax will be applied based on your shipping address. Currently, we collect tax for deliveries to the following provinces and territories:
AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, NT, NS, NU, ON, PE, QC, SK, YT.
Check with your local tax authorities for any additional obligations in your jurisdiction.
If you’re part of a tax-exempt organization in a province where we collect tax, please advise us when you submit your quote request. A document of tax exemption will be necessary for us to apply your status your order. This is only necessary when we invoice your order for delivery.
Since all sales are final, cancellations and changes are limited. If you need to cancel or modify an order:
- Call your Sales Advisor at 1-888-649-4968 as soon as possible.
- Orders may ship within 48 hours, so cancellation might not be possible once processing begins.
- If shipped, your Sales Advisor will help you request a Return Authorization if applicable.
